The world's leading information technology research and advisory company partnered with Tapaidra to design and deliver a mentoring program for their new Area Managers with the goal of decreasing time to productivity. The program was tightly integrated with their Leadership Development Program and focused on quickly transferring the key skills and knowledge required for new sales managers to effectively manage and coach their teams to success. Results from the end of program survey indicated that 100% of new Area Managers viewed the program as valuable or extremely valuable. The mentoring program continues to be an integral part of the professional development for their sales managers.

Tapaidra was founded in 2005 by M'Lynn Hoefer. M'Lynn is active in all aspects of Tapaidra's work and is supported by a team of consultants who have deep, rich experience and passion for helping clients meet their goals through mentoring. As a collective team, we are committed to maintaining high standards for mentoring equally balanced with creating solutions that address your challenges and opportunities. Each individual and organization we encounter has its own story, challenges and needs, but one thing is certain - any organization is only as good as the people within it. Our passion remains centered around the "once in a career" impact a positive mentoring experience can have on an individual and the ripple effect that creates in an organization. Our hope is that positive mentoring experiences will ignite passion, renew commitment and provide overall growth for all those with whom we work.
An accomplished leader possessing a breadth of professional experiences in multiple sectors. Her experience includes nearly a decade of exponential career growth with one of the world's largest financial institutions; in addition she has held top leadership roles in mid-sized and small organizations spanning operations, human resources, sales and marketing.
M'Lynn draws from her experience on "both sides of the desk," having significant corporate leadership experience coupled with a decade of consulting experience. M'Lynn excels at creativity and strategy, yet is equally able to move ideas to action in order to deliver impactful results.
M'Lynn has an overriding passion surrounding the impact of mentoring both at organizational and individual levels. Before her work in the "mentoring space," M'Lynn was deeply impacted by significant mentors in her own career and credits their guidance for the richness of her journey. M'Lynn is also well respected for her innate understanding of professional presence and the undeniable impact it has on success. M'Lynn is well-known for her ability to help individuals enhance their own personal style and power drawing upon her own boardroom experience. She believes strongly in the connection between physical well-being and mental power and practices as a priority in her life.
M'Lynn is an active volunteer both in her children's school and in various arts organizations including the Minneapolis Institute of Arts and as an advisor for Interact Center for the Visual and Performing Arts.
